A.E. Warren ('me', 'I', etc.') owns and operates the www.aewarren.com website. This section informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my website in accordance with the 'legitimate interests' section as outlined in Article 6 of the UK GDPR. These legitimate interests are to send you occasional updates at your request. I will keep your personal details secure and use the information you provide consistently with applicable privacy and data protection laws and the terms of this notice.
When you send a message directly through this website only your first name and email address is collected and will not be used for any other purpose than to enter into correspondence with you. If you sign up for my newsletter then only your email address is collected and this is used through a MailChimp list to send out marketing emails. I will never share your information with any other third parties. MailChimp's privacy policy can be found here (contained in Section 3 'Contacts'). By signing up to the newsletter you agree to this. You can unsubscribe at any point using the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting me directly here.
